I am now back to using the same dumbbell weights that I was using before my back problem, so very pleased. Roger communicates extremely well, also motivates and encourages. He explains the purpose of each exercise and ensured I was in the correct position to prevent any damage. I can thoroughly recommend Roger as a Personal Trainer.

Another session with Roger. Good to build on previous exercises with slight variation. Also good to have a choice of cardio exercises. I've enjoyed working with Roger and felt that I have received very good hints and tips from him to help me get the maximum benefit. I have found Roger's experience working in a similar background to myself very valuable and his advice in doing exercises to help my posture in the workplace excellent. Roger has also given me required variety in my workout and allowed me to choose the kind of exercises I would like to do that benefit me.
